Eleni Katsoula-Koronaeou was born and brought up in Athens.
Studied design, painting and batik
For two years (15.10.1980 - 15.06.1981 and 15.10.1981 - 15.06.1982) studied BATIK at the Adult Education Center of the Y.W.C.A., Greece.
Her professors: Nick Pandesfeles-Neri’s, Sonia Mitrolia, Spyros Daglarides and Nick Nickolaides.
She draws her inspiration from a great variety of sources, either mythology or everyday life. Many of her works bear a naturalistic character. Generally uses expressionistic colours; some of her creations have naive elements and rarely surrealistic ones.

She has received many commendations, positive critiques, and rewards, amongst which she has received from the distinguished professors Chryssanthos Christou, Associate Professor of the History of Art (member of the Academy) and Kostas Eurygene, artist - Associate professor of the Superior School of Fine Arts, and also from the Mr. Stelio Lydaki, professor.
